10, 1:1, 10Set PB… 18:08! Like the new ratio I tried: 10 min warmup, run 1 min/walk 1 min/ 10 min cool-down. Didn’t get the shin issues! Kept it low-key b/c was sick Fri. night (high fever, chills, muscle aches) & lazed around yesterday (Sat.). Run felt great! FLEW by! I felt wonderful! :0-) Drinking plenty o’ water and icing shins for 15 min. Will stretch this evening.
This has probably been the best run yet. May 10th seems so distant, yet I know it’ll be here soon. Can I do it?????

Felt really great! The yoga and icing the tibialis anterior/posterior must be helping. Still some uncomfortable in the left shin and now right Achilles/calf. Seems like things go smoother when I’ve been hiking all over campus before my run. Set a PB: 18:42!!! Yay for me!

3-27 8am Yoga for 20 minutes (Puddin’ woke up). Did supported pigeon.  Left side crotchety.  Trying to stretch out tibialis anterior.  Will see when I do my lunch time run today…

Icing shins for 15 min. seems to help.
