Felt really great! The yoga and icing the tibialis anterior/posterior must be helping. Still some uncomfortable in the left shin and now right Achilles/calf. Seems like things go smoother when I’ve been hiking all over campus before my run. Set a PB: 18:42!!! Yay for me!
