10, 1:1, 10Set PB… 18:08! Like the new ratio I tried: 10 min warmup, run 1 min/walk 1 min/ 10 min cool-down. Didn’t get the shin issues! Kept it low-key b/c was sick Fri. night (high fever, chills, muscle aches) & lazed around yesterday (Sat.). Run felt great! FLEW by! I felt wonderful! :0-) Drinking plenty o’ water and icing shins for 15 min. Will stretch this evening.
