17:09 First Mile. :0-) Felt great! Ratio: 10/3:2/5 (minutes: warm-up/run-walk ratio/cool-down) Icing legs for 15 minutes. Crabby left anterior tibialis, right posterior tibialis/Achilles. Looking forward to some yoga this evening!!!
